Referrals Report

The referrals report shows actual referrals made to specific users.

Report data

The report shows:

• Referral ID

• Triage user ID

• Service the referrals were made to

• Organization associated with the referrals

• County the user provided based on zip code

• Overincome status (whether they answered yes/no to the income question)

• Referral date

• Legal issue(s) the user entered in the Get Legal Help form

Filters

The report can be filtered on:

• Date the referrals were made

• The county associated with the request

• The legal issue, with depth. This means that filtering on Divorce will include all child terms selected for example.
