Legal Content Volunteer Program Reports

Note

Badges and milestone awarded are tracked under Manage Gamification at the present time. These lists the awards in a format of badgename_uid where uid is the user id who received the award.

Point Type Report

The point type report shows all point types in the system. This report includes:

  • Name of the point type

  • Type of point type (manually awarded or automatically awarded on a transition)

  • Basis (flat award or per word)

  • Points per basis

  • Author of the point type

  • Status (on/off)

  • A link to edit

The report can be filtered by:

  • Status (on/off)

  • Type

Report can be exported to CSV.

Point History Report

The point history report shows all individual point awards made. The report includes:

  • Date earned

  • Date awarded

  • Point type

  • Name of the user awarded the point

  • Summary (content title, word count)

  • Legal category

  • Points awarded

  • Awarded by (user awarding the points)

  • Whether the user is a current LCV

The report can be filtered by:

  • Date awarded date range

  • Date earned date range

  • Name of user awarded the points (first and last names)

  • Point type

Report can be exported to CSV.

Badge Listing Report

The badge listing report shows all the badges available in the system. The report includes:

  • Name of the badge

  • Thumbnail of the badge

  • Maximum times a badge can be earned

  • Primary legal category

  • Point types to count (as a simple list)

  • Points required to earn badge

  • Date range points can be earned

  • An operations column to edit the badge

Report can be filtered on:

  • Maximum times a badge can be earned

  • Point types to count

  • Primary legal category

Report can be exported to CSV.

Milestone Listing Report

The milestone listing report shows all the milestones available in the system. The report includes:

  • Name of the milestone

  • Maximum times a milestone can be earned

  • Applies to

  • Basis for milestone

  • Primary legal category

  • Point types to include

  • Number of items required to earn milestone

Report can be filtered on:

  • Maximum times a milestone can be earned

  • Point types to count

  • Primary legal category to count

  • Applies to
