Helpful organizations in legal content

As of December 2024, helpful organizations only appear in specific content via custom blocks:

• Housing counselors appear in content tagged to “Being evicted” or “Mortgage foreclosure” when there is a zip code match based on the set/detected zip code.

• DV agencies appear in content tagged to “Restraining orders” or “Safety planning” where there is a zip code match baesd on the set/detected zip code.
